HakuBaikou.Com- My fav Rurouni Kenshin site. Filled with fanfiction and fanart. HB herself is known for her great art and fics.
Ai Yazawa's World- A complete fansite about Ai Yazawa and all her works which include Paradise Kiss and Nana.
Astral Contract- This is the best site for Chrno Crusade I've pretty much seen. It's got info, images, forums, scanlations and more.

DirectManga- Large scanlation site with hard to find downloads and favorites like Naruto, Death note, Rurouni Kenshin, Bleach, and many more.
NarutoFan- Best source for Naruto manga, and the series in general.
Full Metal Alchemist MSN Group- They always seem to have the newest chapters of FMA scanlated first (by ZOMGFTA). Great group for the series.
The Hellsing Project- Recent scanlations for Hellsing and they're also working on "The Dawn" a little side project about Walter when he was fighting in WWII.

Sasuga Japanese Bookstore- Lots of Japanese books, magazines, manga, and more of the likes. Great place to buy an entire series of manga at a good price.
